Your Trusted Partner for Water Heater Repair in Pasadena
Your Trusted Partner for Water Heater Repair in Pasadena
Pasadena Water Heater Pros was founded by Marco Ramirez, a lead technician with a deep understanding of the unique plumbing needs of Los Angeles County. We're not a faceless corporation; we're an owner-operated business rooted right here at 682 E Colorado Blvd Suite 180, Pasadena. Marco started this company with a clear vision: to provide reliable, straightforward water heater repair and replacement services that truly serve our neighbors, from the historic homes in Old Pasadena and Bungalow Heaven to the newer constructions in the South Lake District.
Having worked across Pasadena for years, Marco understands the specific challenges our mild Mediterranean climate presents for water heaters. While our summers are warm and dry, the cooler, damper periods can still take a toll, especially on older units common in areas like Linda Vista or near Caltech. We've seen firsthand how sediment buildup from our local water conditions can impact efficiency and lifespan. This local expertise means we don't just fix a problem; we consider the long-term health of your system, whether you're in Pasadena, Glendale, or Arcadia, ensuring you get the most effective solution.
What sets us apart is our commitment to honest, transparent service. We believe in providing upfront quotes and workmanship you can inspect, ensuring you understand exactly what your water heater repair or replacement entails. Marco and his team are dedicated to maintaining the comfort of homes and businesses throughout Pasadena, from the bustling Playhouse District to the quiet streets around the Huntington Library, with a focus on quality and dependability.
“We stand by our workmanship, ensuring your water heater repair or replacement in Pasadena is done right the first time. Our team is committed to providing reliable service across Old Pasadena, South Lake District, and beyond, giving you peace of mind with every job.”

What Pasadena, CA Customers Say
“Our old water heater in the garage started leaking all over the floor one Saturday morning. I called Pasadena Water Heater Pros, and they had a technician out to us in a few hours. He quickly diagnosed it as a ruptured tank and gave us options for a replacement. We went with a new tankless unit, and they installed it that same day. We had hot water again by dinner, and it's been fantastic ever since.”
“We were only getting lukewarm water in our showers, especially upstairs. I suspected it was our water heater, which was quite old. Pasadena Water Heater Pros sent someone over who confirmed it was an aging unit struggling to keep up. They replaced it with a more efficient model, and now we have plenty of hot water, even when multiple people are showering. The whole process was smooth and professional.”
“Our pilot light kept going out on our gas water heater, which was a real nuisance. We'd relight it, and a few days later, it would be cold again. Pasadena Water Heater Pros came out and identified a faulty thermocouple. They had the part on their truck and fixed it right then and there. No more cold showers, and it's been working perfectly ever since.”
